The Council of Cercle's Services contribute to the creation of a favorable environment for the development of the Circle and to provide the best services to all citizens of the Circle.
An emerging Circle that faces many challenges, the Council of Cercle intends to meet the requirements of development through projects implemented.
The Council of Cercle through its policy gives to every citizen of the Circle to inquire, to explain and to get involved concretely in the development of the Circle.

Agriculture
The climate in the Kati Circle makes it an excellent farming area. We also have arable land.
Breeding
Livestock occupies an important place in the economy of the Kati Circle and all forms of breeding are practiced.
Peach
Fishing and Fish Farming are also at the heart of the activities and economy of the Circle of Great KATI.
