EDUCATION, CIRCLE LEVEL
-the elaboration and implementation of the development plan in education;
-the determination of specific modules not belonging to the national nomenclature for secondary schools second cycle ;
-the development of local strategies for schooling, generally girls for basic secondary schools;
-The development of the school map for the basic schools Second cycle ;
-the construction, equipment and management of basic schools Second cycle ;
-the production of school statistics concerning schools fundamental second cycle;
-the recruitment and management of school teaching staff fundamental second cycle;
-management of the staff made available;
-organizing and taking charge of school exams: Diploma of Fundamental Studies (D.E.F);
-the establishment of working capital (initial stock of essential drugs);
-the contribution to cover the salary of certain agents;
-the financial subsidy for the construction work and equipment of the CS.COM.
-the fight against the illicit sale of medicines;
-the monitoring and control of ASACO management;
-the fight against epidemics and disasters;
-the monitoring and control of the actual transmission of information data including financial data to physicians-heads of circle health services.
HEALTH, CIRCLE LEVEL
-Development and implementation of the development plan
Socio-sanitary circle (PDSC);
-the recruitment of staff;
-the construction / rehabilitation and equipment of the Reference Health Centers (CS Ref);
-the implementation of national policies and strategies for the prevention and control of diseases,
-the fight against the illicit sale of medicines;
-hygiene and public and food safety;
-The elaboration and revision of the health map of the circle;
-The grant allocation to the Reference Health Centers (CS Ref);
-the control of the respect of the commitments of the ASACO of the circle;
-the monitoring and control of the actual transmission of information data including financial data to the Regional Directors of Health.
